New houses become work
A subdivision that finished three years ago is now generating landscaping, window coverings, garage doors, paint touch-ups and the first round of repairs. The people in it are searching for all of it.
Washington City · Utah
Treated as part of St. George by everyone except the people who live there. A site that says Washington City wins the local job.
$50 a month. No setup fee, no contract.
I build it before you pay.
The market here
Washington City has grown from a quiet town into one of the fastest-building parts of the county, with Coral Canyon and Green Springs filling in and new subdivisions going up continuously. Most of those houses are new, which means most of them will need somebody in your trade within a few years of being finished.
A subdivision that finished three years ago is now generating landscaping, window coverings, garage doors, paint touch-ups and the first round of repairs. The people in it are searching for all of it.
Search anything local and St. George companies dominate, because that is the name everybody optimises for. Being specifically and clearly a Washington City business is how you show up for the people closest to you.
"Washington" on its own competes with a state, a capital city and a county. Washington City, Utah is the phrase your customers actually type.
What it costs
$50/month
These are all things I do. They're just not part of a $50 website, so they get their own number — and nothing starts until you've seen it and said yes.
The obvious question
There isn't one, but here is the honest arithmetic.
Building it is not the expensive part. I have done this enough times to be quick at it, and the running costs are small. What you are paying for is that none of it is ever yours to think about — not the build, not the updates, and not the part where something breaks on a Sunday night and somebody has to know why.
The expensive part is everything after the first week. Your hours change. You add a service or drop one. New reviews come in, new photos end up on your phone, and somebody has to put them on the site. Underneath all of that the web keeps moving — browsers, what Google expects, security certificates, the things that decide whether your site still loads fast and still gets found. Keeping a site current is not hard in any one month. It is that it never stops — and doing that for every site I have built, month after month, is where the time actually goes. That is what the $50 a month is for.
There is no team here, and that is the point. You get my number, not a ticket. Nobody has to loop anybody in. You text me that the phone number on your site is wrong, and the person reading that text is the person who changes it. No account manager who has to go and ask the developer, no shared inbox your email sits in for a week. That is a feature if you have ever waited days for somebody to change your opening hours. It is a problem only if you wanted six people on a video call.
An agency charging $500 a month is not ripping you off. They have an office, account managers, a designer, somebody doing ads, and a sales team — and all of that costs money that somebody has to pay for. If you want that, it is worth what they charge. I do not have any of it, and for a site this size you do not need it.
Nothing here expires. There is no introductory rate and no promotion. It is $50 next month and it is $50 next year. If now is not the time, come back when it is.
By trade
A roofer shouldn't look like a salon. Every build starts from what you sell and who's buying it.

Questions
Yes. I'm based in Washington County and Washington City is inside the area I cover. There's no travel charge and no minimum job size.
I build the site so it's clear to Google and to a reader which towns you serve, and I set up your Google Business Profile and map listing. Nobody can promise you a position in the results, and anybody who does is guessing.
Yes. There is no setup fee, no deposit and no contract. $50 a month covers the design, the build, hosting, the SSL certificate, your domain registered and renewed, and unlimited edits to what is already there — new hours, new services, new prices.
You do, in the sense that matters: you can take it whenever you want. If you already have a domain it stays yours, registered where it is, and I never touch the account. If you need one, I register it and pay for it, and it sits in my account while you are subscribed so you do not have to set up a registrar account or deal with the paperwork. Ask me in writing at any time and I move it to an account in your name. If you leave, it goes to you. New registrations are locked for 60 days, which is an ICANN rule, not mine. One limit worth saying out loud: an ordinary name is included, but a premium or resale name — the kind brokers list for hundreds or thousands — is not. If you want one of those I will tell you the price before anything is bought.
Billing stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. The site comes down and the domain goes to you — any transfer fee the registrar charges at that point is yours, and it is usually a few dollars. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and no retention call.
Not on its own, and anybody promising you leads for $50 a month is guessing. What makes the phone ring is your Google Business Profile and your reviews. A website closes the person who already found you and is deciding between you and two other names.
Usually three to five days for the first version. Changes after that are normally turned around in about three business days.
Not inside the $50 — that price is the website. Ads and campaign work are a separate job with their own number, so tell me what you are trying to do and I will quote it. What I will not do is promise you a ranking, because nobody can control that.
No. I build the new one alongside it and send you a link. Nothing changes on your existing site unless you decide to switch, and if you do, pointing your web address at the new one is a ten-minute job on a call with you.
Send me a name
I'll find your reviews, your photos and your services, build the site, and send you the link. Then you decide. If you don't want it, it comes down the same day and you've spent nothing.
